Short answer: What Steady Hand IT collects through this website, why, and how to ask for deletion.
This site collects very little. [Buck: have this reviewed before launch; it is a plain-language draft, not legal advice.]
What the contact form collects
Name, email and whatever you choose to write, plus optional business name, size, phone, and a Tech Health Check score if you pass it from that page. It is sent by email to hello@steadyhandit.com and to Brevo, the email service that delivers your confirmation. If you tick the monthly note box, your email is also added to a Brevo contact list.
The Tech Health Check
Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent unless you click through to the contact form, and then only the total score is passed along.
Analytics
If analytics are turned on, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits. You can block it with a browser extension without affecting the site.
Your choices
Email hello@steadyhandit.com to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted. I do not sell or share your details. Please do not send passwords or sensitive data through the form.
