Steady Hand IT charges $79 to $129 per user per month for ongoing IT support (minimum 3 users), $125 per hour for one-off help, $495 for a Security Checkup, and $1500 for a two-week AI Quick Start. No long contracts. Software and hardware are billed separately at cost.

Are there extra charges?
Software licenses, hardware and any third-party tools are billed to you at cost. Work outside your plan is quoted first at $125 an hour or as a fixed price.
What about fewer than 3 users?
Use hourly help or a one-time Security Checkup. They fit a solo owner or a two-person office better than a monthly plan.
Do prices change?
They may rise for new clients as demand grows. Current clients are told 60 days ahead of any change.
