# How working together works

Short answer: Five clear steps from a free 20-minute call to a written scope, fixed price, documented work and handover. You own your accounts and can leave any time.

    Five steps. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

### 1. Free 20-minute call
Tell me what is slow, risky or confusing. I ask a few questions. No pitch and no credit card. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and suggest who is.

### 2. Written scope and fixed price
Within one business day you get a one-page plan: what I will do, what is not included, the price and the timeline. Nothing starts until you say yes.

### 3. Access, safely
I use my own named admin account on your systems, not your personal login, and never ask for passwords by email. You can see and revoke what I have.

### 4. The work, documented
I do the work and write down what I changed in plain language: accounts, settings, vendors and how to undo it.

### 5. Handover and review
You get the documentation and the keys. On Care plans we review quarterly; on projects, I check in after 30 days to catch what came up.

## Ground rules

- You own your domains, accounts, licenses and data

- Admin credentials are documented and handed to you

- Client data never goes into free consumer AI tools

- Month to month; leave with your documentation

- Ask me about insurance before we start. I will give you a straight answer and a certificate if you need one.
