# About Buck Rackley

Short answer: Meet the independent consultant behind Steady Hand IT: plain-spoken IT support and practical AI for small businesses in Charlotte, NC and remote.

An independent consultant for small businesses who would rather explain than impress.

I am Buck Rackley, the person behind Steady Hand IT. I help small businesses in Charlotte, North Carolina, and across the US, keep their technology working and use AI where it really helps.

[Buck: add 3 to 5 true sentences here: your background in tech, years of experience, what you built, why you started this. Name only credentials and employers you actually hold. Add a real photo.]

## How I work

- Plain English. If I use a technical word, I explain it.

- Honest scope. I tell you when you do not need something, and when you need someone else.

- You stay in control. Your accounts, your data, your documentation.

- Small on purpose. One accountable person, direct access, no ticket maze.

## Credentials and insurance

[Buck: list real certifications, if any, by exact name. Leave this section out if none.]

Ask me about insurance before we start. I will give you a straight answer and a certificate if you need one.

## Also building

I also build 3dCMS, a tool for making 3D websites by chatting. It is a separate project and none of your data or work touches it.
